Mephisto's is done, and edited into the post with St. Laurel's. Oh also, if you're making a character for Mephisto's, I'd prefer it if you made them part of the Student Committee. You don't have to ask me for it, it'll be a bit easier for me if you do it.

Once the Vigilantes are done, I'll get around to making the actual thread and starting this. Faction balance won't be much of an issue, if a faction's empty then I'll be able to make it work, so don't worry about that you guys. :D
