Elsa let the guy put the needle in her arm so she can give him blood. She put her backpack down that was filled with her clothes. She held Cody's hand also and did not let go of it as the blood from her body went into his body. She knew she would be a little weak for awhile but she was ok with that as long as she helped Cody.
