Experience, is how much experience with being a super-powered individual the person has, where as the bio is just their story.

Black Panther, for example: His Bio includes of his being a king of the mysterious African nation known as Wakanda.

Whereas experience, could be like him being the Black Panther for 6-7 years. (Or being that he has the experience of the Black Panthers before him, over 1,000,000 years.)
