[@KillamriX88] Yes! Child of Light is Alto's core power, and the 3 other abilities are his 3 other abilities. His is just one way of doing it, in which his other 3 powers branch off of his core power. You can really do it any way you feel like though, his is just a suggestion of how you could do it.
