Are you talking about Gods War, friend? Because Gods War is noncanon and also retcons the entire manga as never happening. Anyway, if we're talking about the original comic: Great Britain is stated several times to literally be his name and all the cyborgs are basically just random people nobody would miss. The chapter that covers it is actually very strange, because half of it is dedicated to an extended slapstick car chase involving two Black Ghost goons and 003's brother. The thing you have to understand about the manga is that Ishinomori was actually kind of a hack whose comics work was his weakest point, and anyone who tries to seriously catalog everything that happens in the comic is probably also really bad at reading comprehension. The series was dropped by multiple magazines over it's lifespan (which is why only the 2001 version has a complete Mythos arc; the original was cut short) and a number of what are set up as plot points turn out to just be cheap throwaway references or left hanging because keeping track of all your storylines just wasn't done at the time (Go Nagai was also really bad about this). I'd honestly call the TV versions superior- both the pacing and story get cleaned up a lot. That aside, I'd suggest reading it yourself. It's very fun in a disjointed half-finished kind of way.
