Not sure where is says every character has extra power and speed, but if that is so, having essentially no secondary power is a pretty good drawback, wouldn't you say?
(It doesn't exactly cancel electricity, more like it will dispel a ball of electric energy, or cause any forced forms of it, like maybe a weapon, to be dispersed.)
Also, I was under the premise that being OP 'doesn't matter as much'.
Could you explain in your opinion which parts are overpowered, so that I may have some opinion on how to adjust it?
