[@Bartimaeus] Well, since your core is MAGIC NEGATION, having the ability shock foes telephatically is stupid and doesn't make sense. Same with controlling gravity just because you understand a lot about it. 

If you made his core power something along the lines of PSYCHIC, then it would make sense that he can use mild telepathy. Gravity would still be unreasonable, but he could definetly levitate objects and such. 

Now, advanced physical attributes is just weird tbh. It doesn't fit the picture in any way I see it. THis wouldn't be a big problem, but according to your description, he becomes SUPER STRONG. From what yoU've written, it seems to me that this ability is more than just a mild increase, and almost as powerful as strength based core power. Which is really stupid if you ask me, since your actual core is magic based and not fitness based.
