The Spectrum Hall
[@floodtalon][@Hero]
Hade would wander the hall for awhile, after wandering out of his way for his own way around he got lost, though now unable to find his way back, found himself completely lost. The receptionist was in the main hall, but of course, he could not find his way there. As he read his book out loud, he got strange stares from passing young mages, and even just down the hallway it seems some people even seemed to just take a detour to avoid what appeared to be a raving madman, until he was soon approached by a woman robed in white. "If that's your own research you'd best keep it down and to yourself... Hm?", she looked at the book in his hands. She took some aggressive steps towards Hade before snatching it out of his hands, quickly perusing it... "Where did you get this book...?", she asked. She seems to have recognized it. [@Hero]
Aria would find herself in the Spectrum Hall, open it was to visitors, the places further in not so much, though there was public access to their exclusive libraries on magic. The halls were resplendent in white with banners of various colours signifying the many coloured mages that were sanctioned by the council with two gigantic black and white banners at the very end. It was most certainly an impressive sight to behold, though there didn't seem to be anything related to summoning on the offset, still, summoning was an art well-known by all mages, it was likely their libraries still held information on this topic, all she needs to do is ask for permission to peruse their library. There was a reception in front, and various hallways leading to god knows where. As she passed she could see someone who seemed to be reciting from a book before being what she can only think is being reprimanded by a woman in white, a white mage likely. She could take a small detour, or continue on her own purpose.
Marketplace
[@rivaan]
The young, frail mage, would find that what she was looking for was quite simple to find, save for rice, which she needed to track down to a speciality store. The marketplace was always bustling, though there seemed to be a lot of guards on patrol... Well, understandable. If she was any bit aware of current events, there was a terrorist rebel group of sorts... Although speak of the devil. Behind a wall of people she heard screaming, and then they began to disperse in fear, people yelling it was the "the Swords", someone had yelled and identified the attacker by name, "Gibril". She was a bounty, though not that Naisha would know. They appeared to be attacking the marketplace, though before demands could be made they were waylaid by guards, whom Gibril alone managed to take down herself. She seemed a skilled swordsman, though her men were clearly a little untrained... Suppose this is normal in a rebellion group. Still, the way they fought was not frantic. That was a little suspicious, combined with there being nothing to gain by attacking the marketplace... Naisha could intervene... Or she can get along her way. No one would blame her for being in a wheelchair and not getting away in time, but neither would they expect someone wheelchair-bound to be able to do any sort of damage or be any sort of threat. What to do...
