Name: Michael Angie Nicknames: Michelangelo

Age: 16 Grade: 2nd year, Vigilante from Mephisto's Biography: Michael grew up in a poor family with a single mother, who barely made ends meet to put food on the table. It wasn't much, but it was enough for the two to be happy enough. At least, it was enough, until one day a bully began to make his life miserable. The bully in question had influential parents as well, making it difficult to punish him. As a result, Michael couldn't do much to lessen the abuse he was receiving. He tried asking for help from friends and teachers, but both chose to look the other way. Coincidentally, the bully's father was also Michael's mother's boss, who was also undergoing some troubles of her own at work. Michael was left alone, with nothing but his family and the occasional stray animal for support. He liked animals, even if he couldn't afford to keep a pet. As time passed and everyone discovered their powers, the bullying only became worse. The bully had obtained a typical steel-skin super strength ability while Michael found himself with a paintbrush. Needless to say, it was torture. However, Michael was not helpless. While all this was happening, Michael did what he could to figure out how his power worked and how best to apply it. He worked hard, and it eventually paid off. Michael found himself being able to stand on equal ground against the bully, and eventually overpowered him. The bully's father attempted to get payback, but the company found evidence of the father's harassment, as well as embezzling of the company's money, and was promptly fired. Michael's mother was also promoted to a higher position, and the two were able to live more comfortably. With the bully out of sight and out of mind, things were looking up. As Michael grew up, he'd been overhearing classmates say that they wanted to go to good schools and be heroes, some even aiming for St. Laurals. He couldn't help but think about his past, how easily they had turned away from someone who needed help, and then claim that now they wanted to help people. If people were like that in St. Laurals, then what was the point of going there? He could no longer trust people who made claims like that, and eventually found himself not trusting heroes in general. There was no need to rely on someone else to save you; just find your own power and save yourself. That was his motto in life. So, instead of aiming for St. Laurals himself, he went for Mephisto's instead. His mother was understandably concerned, but Michael reassured her and managed to convince her to let him go. As a condition, though, he had to apply to be a Vigilante, which he figured he could live with. Sure, he spent most of his time there going after lost animals and doing community service, but that was fine. Powers: Artwork: This power manifests itself as a simple paintbrush. The brush is capable of changing form, ranging from ones used for calligraphy to those you'd typically see with paint cans. The brush uses ink that seems to drain his stamina the more he uses up. The ink seeps through clothing, allowing it to reach the skin easily, and cannot be removed by normal means once applied. As for his drawings, their effects range on what they are, as well as his intentions upon drawing them. The larger and more detailed the designs, as well as how strongly his intentions correspond with the symbols he draws, the stronger the effects, and vice versa.

Fast Hands: With his brush in hand, Michael paints at a higher rate than normal humans, using up less time to paint his symbols.
Body Art: By drawing patterns and/or symbols, Michael can apply a series of buffs and/or debuffs, involving things such as increasing strength and speed as well as robbing limbs of movement. Given enough time and effort, even certain powers can be sealed or boosted, though this requires an extensive amount of ink to accomplish, typically involving full-body coverage. Inanimate objects are not immune from his ink, either, and can be weakened or strengthened accordingly. His Body Art will last for as long as Michael wants it to (or at least for as long as he's conscious), and can be dispelled by him at any time.
Trap Art: By drawing a circle filled with patterns and/or symbols, Michael creates a trap waiting to be sprung at his command. Different symbols with create different effects, but most involve restraining and/or disorienting targets. These can also be painted on virtually any solid surface, including peoples' bodies. Unfortunately, unlike Body Art, the effects of Trap Arts are temporary once they are sprung, with even some of the best lasting roughly an hour, while the worst last about a second. Of course, even that is assuming that the one affected isn't strong or skilled enough to break free from his Trap Arts.
Creation Art: Michael draws a picture of an object, and is able to construct said object into reality. The larger and/or more detailed said pictures are, the more powerful or larger the objects can be constructed. Unlike Body Art or Trap Art, which are composed solely of ink, Creation Art constructs can be composed of other materials. These constructs will last as long as Michael wants it to (or at least for as long as he's conscious), and can be deconstructed by him at any time. They can be combined with Trap Arts, but will disappear with the Trap Art when it expires.
The Ink Flows: Michael can manipulate the existing ink he has created, creating or altering new and existing Body and Trap Arts.
Relationships:

Alto Ganze: Michael deems him a difficult challenge to overcome. His Light abilities will make him too slippery for Michael to restrain easily, and Michael would potentially get taken out before anything could be set up. He is still currently researching and experimenting with how to successfully win in this fight.
Clara Deimos Edrigan: Michael finds her nerve wracking, and is unsure if a fight with her would even be a wise option. Nevertheless, he figures that if he can get to Clara's grimoire and seal it up, it would be a won fight. The only problem is actually getting to that step.
King: Weird. Just..... weird. DO NOT ENGAGE. Concede the fight and run. Michael is all about close combat, making King's ability to fly a complete counter. Fortunately, it seems that as long as he a Vigilate, that fight may not come to pass.
Katherine Abigail: Concede. The heat is too much, in more ways than one.
Brutus Reinhardt: Michael has a silent respect for the guy, not needing to say much to do things. Be careful and win the battle of attrition.
Bak Tsarevna: Michael thought there wasn't anyone weirder than King. He was wrong. Get close and take out the armaments before she took him down first.
Ria Köhler: Michael does not like her. Her attitude could need some adjusting. Then again, she's still better than the others at St. Laurals, and she has the skills to back it up. For that, he respects her. If they were to fight, Michael figures that blinding her with his Arts is his best bet to victory.
Rurik Alexeev: Michael would rather not interact with him too much. Michael is the type to value hard work, and Rurik doesn't seem the type. His abilities prove terrifying, though. Something could go wrong even in the best plan.
Zachery Smith: An interesting guy. People have always said that immortality is a curse. Michael wondered if that was true. Only time would tell.
Samoth Maskono: Michael likes his style. Hardworking, even more so than himself. Michael does not often consider having allies, but if he had to have one, this man was perfect for the job. It would be a wise decision, considering his negation ability countered every ability Michael had. Whereas the first Michelle was the kind, somewhat shy type, the second was more of a troublemaker. She took to teasing Michelle at every opportunity, threatening to kill bugs and throw rocks at dogs just to get a reaction out of Michelle. She often managed to get Michelle in trouble for various misdemeanors, and it took a large amount of time to get through the various punishments. The two argued and fought with each other for years, and even her parents had little clue how to handle this problem. It didn't help that the two developed their own powers, which tended to escalate the destruction to their surroundings. One day, Michelle decided that enough was enough and let her second personality take control. The second, surprised, was at a loss on what to do for the first time. At first, she tried to live life as Michelle did, and it turned out to be surprisingly difficult for her. Then she had the realization that she was acting like a fool trying to live like her "weak self". She attempted to amuse herself with her various shenanigans, but it soon became clear that without Michelle, she was only harming herself, and it simply wasn't as fun without her around. A month went by, and by that point, the second was in tears, praying for Michelle to come back. It was then that Michelle finally revealed herself, which surprised the second. Michelle revealed that she had never left, only shut herself away for a few days, and continued to watch for the rest of the month. After a bit of arguing, the two eventually reconciled and established a mutual relationship. Michelle decided to commemorate the event by giving the second personality a new name: Belinda. Years passed, and the two learned to work together, sharing the various daily tasks of their lives. They learned about each other, and slowly grew to depend on each other to make up for the other's shortcomings. Together, they received relatively high marks on their respective subjects, and eventually made their way into St. Laurels.
Powers:
Yin & Yang: The two personalities have (relatively) equal control of this, using it to switch control between their body. Typically, both parties' consent is needed for the swap, but it is possible for one to force the swap and repress the other for a period of time. Megumi controls the Yang aspect, while Belinda controls the Yin aspect. The dominant personality will have their respective powers available, while the other's return to dormancy.

(Yin) The Unstoppable Spear / (Yang) The Immovable Shield: Both weapons can be summoned from nothing, and will return to their arms when willed to. The spear has a sharp tip, capable of slicing and piercing through even diamond without any noticeable resistance. The shaft is flexible, yet sturdy, and can retract and extend at will. The shield, a large round shield, is powerful and will block many a powerful attack, whether physical or magical. It also generates a barrier in front of it to absorb even more damage.
(Yin) Armor of the Dragon / (Yang) Armor of the Guardian: Both replace the clothes currently worn. The Armor of the Dragon appears as large red scales providing very minimal defenses of the vitals. It provides a sharp increase to speed and agility. Two large, leathery wings can also be summoned on Belinda's back to allow for flight. The Armor of the Guardian appears as a full set of white-and-red plate mail armor. It is heavy, not allowing for much movement, but grants plenty of protection in return. It also generates an aura capable of reducing the damage and effectiveness of attacks nearby.
(Yin) Blink / (Yang) Wall of Attention: Blink allows Belinda to perform a short-range teleportation. The only notifications given are a short and loud "pop" noise and a small cloud of black smoke that appears at where Belinda was before. It can be spammed, but will quickly exhaust Belinda if used recklessly. Wall of Attention is a taunt-ability that forces nearby opponents to focus on her, and causes attacks to be redirected to her. However, with enough willpower, enemies can tear away their focus from Michelle, or even not be affected in the first place. Attacks already in motion, however, remain affected.

Relationships:
St. Laurals:

Alto: Michelle sees him as an inspiration for the St. Laurals students. Belinda wants to test her strength against his one day.
Katherine: Michelle sees her as someone easy to get along with. Belinda will take any opportunity to tease her about her fire abilities' side effect with her clothes.
Christine: Michelle gets embarrassed easily when she sees Christine's "exposed areas". Belinda sees her as a fellow battle enthusiast, and genuinely likes her.
Ria: Michelle doesn't get along with her. Belinda gets along with her even less, and believes the feeling is mutual with Ria.
Samoth: Michelle has a rather massive crush on him. Belinda hates him, but will use him to tease Michelle about her affection.
William: Michelle doesn't know what to think of him. Belinda thinks there's something off about him, and would rather keep her distance.
Liselotte: Michelle can get along with her better than some, being used to having plenty of luxuries in life herself, and wants to help Lise get a little more used to a "commoner" lifestyle. Belinda just sees her as one of the few she doesn't mind spending time with.
Meredith: Michelle sees her as an extremely beautiful person, wondering how she could look even remotely that good. Belinda wants to play around with Mer's breasts, but usually refrains for Michelle's sake.
Mephisto's

Currently no one.
Vigilantes:

Melanie: Michelle loves spending time with her. Belinda is fascinated by her soullessness and wonders how it works, and wonders what it means for her own existence.
