There's little shares among them that would make me think otherwise, especially with how you laid a hard focus on deck and strategy with the first three.

Also, GX had a duel academy too and you never saw those terminologies there either. This isn't to be taken as a real-life setting, KO, it's an extension of the (subbed) anime and we'd like to treat it as such.
