He typically wears a white suit with gold accessories and a pair of purple pointed shoes, as well as black fingerless gloves that act to make his Ki expressions more precise, by narrowing the point it can leave his hands to just his fingertips. As if his outfit weren't flashy enough, he also wears a fur coat and carries a wooden cane, that also acts as a brilliant conductor for his Ki. [/indent]

[indent]Rodney Lyte's father, Brian Lyte, was one of the original founders of Horizon Frontiers. As a child,
Rod was left by himself as his dad worked too often, leaving him to his own devices. He became a delinquent in his youth, and through conflict and violence eventually molded him into an amateur nomad. By the time he was 16, Horizon Frontiers had already begun extending it's research into the life energy known as ki. Being a ki user, Rod was hired, and then immediately used as a subject for research. They learned much for him, but as an around-average Nomad they soon lost any potential for experimentation that his father would accept.
	And then, his father died in a car accident. Yet, Rod managed to spare himself the fate of brutal testing & autopsies by proving his use to Horizon, and soon became a field operative. So long as Rod can prove himself useful by giving the treatment reserved for him to other unfortunate souls, his skin is safe. [/indent]

[indent]Rod is fast, deadly, and creative on the battlefield. His lightning allows him for several solutions to a problem, and grants him both a high mobility and a method of attacking the opponent at a range. He is the best mix of both a Rushdown and Zone fighter.[/indent][/indent]

[indent] [color=SlateBlue][u]■ Lightning Skate[/u][/color]
[indent]Rod charges up the lightning on the bottom of his shoes. Once he finishes, he skates along the ground towards the opponent. It deals very little damage, but can be very useful for moving towards the opponent in a timely fashion.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=SlateBlue][u]■ Blink[/u][/color]
[indent]By overcharging his body's ki, Rod increases his speed by an overwhelming amount for a little more than an instant. This allows him to move as if he were teleporting a few feet.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod overcharges his cane with lightning, making an overhead attack with it. It if makes contact with the opponent, it will briefly electrocute them for a few moments, or until they receive their first hit.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod charges all of the Ki into his fingertips, then expels it through a bolt-shaped projectile. Can be used up to three times.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod charges his cane with lightning, then taps it along the ground, sending a small wave of lightning to roll along the ground towards the opponent.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod charges his leg with Lightning, then thrusts it towards the opponent. If it hits them, it will stun them momentarily.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod cups his hand full of Ki, creating a sphere of lightning. He can then hurl it a medium distance away, where it will then hover in mid air. If Rod wills it, he can cause it to burst, dealing damage to the opponent and stunning them. He can use up to three, but they each only last 5 seconds before fizzling out.[/indent][/indent]

[indent]Rod shoots his opponent with harmless lightning while charging his own body's ki. This pulls both characters closer together.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=SlateBlue][u]■ HeartBreaker[/u][/color]
[indent]Rod charges his entire hand with ki, and then lunges forward a short distance. If he catches the opponent, he overloads their body with his own ki, dealing large damage and momentarily paralyzing them.
However the feedback of the attack is so intense, it momentarily exhausts Rod.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=SlateBlue][u]■ Thunder Lance[/u][/color]
[indent]Rod completely infuses his staff with his ki, then hurls it at the opponent like a spear. it's a fast traveling attack that deals heavy damage, though it has a relatively small size.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][color=SlateBlue][u]■ Dirty Cheater[/u][/color]
[indent]Rod's ultimate and most devastating technique - Rather than fight himself, he calls in a team of trained gunners to mow down the opponent. After 3 seconds, the squad will disperse. Deals much less damage than his other two super moves.[/indent]

[color=SlateBlue][u][b]WEAKNESSES & LIMITS          [/b][/u][/color]
[indent]Rod has little defensive maneuvers, leaving him exposed in actual close combat. Yet to deal efficent damage, most of his attacks must be performed in close or short range combat. He also has a tendency to overestimate his own capabilities and is reluctant to admit defeat.[/indent]
