[@Savo] I think I can solve pretty much all of your issues by saying that she's never fought a Nomad before. Makoto is ludicrously powerful by normal human standards. By Nomad standards, she's pretty good, definitely remarkable in terms of sheer physical ability, but is far from the end-all-be-all.
