Biography:

Vernon doesn't talk much because he's in his thoughts thinking about life, and thinking about society. So, when Vernon does speak it's a cold remark or something a person who spaces out would say seconds after coming back down. He can be more open to conversation and relating to other persons, though this is only due to how he feels. Most days he'd rather stay quiet and think about a subject he's given himself and other times he'll talk to his fellows and enemies. Vernon is not shy he just wants to plan things out before interacting. 

Other than his semi social skills he knows how to create fun, excitement a good time, and tears; from depression to a shrill wheeze in others. Vernon can be a spike tooth hilt if he needs to defend himself or royally piss someone off, and he jumps to the latter if that somebody gets in his head, reads his mind or just...interferes with his thoughts, yes they are all a painted glass masterpiece in the works. And he can also be a charming guy, though coldly this trait has a snowman appeal to him/it.

Powers: [b]Do remember, Blizzard[/b]: The ability to decrease his body temperature to degrees of celsius that will turn his skin to thin ice itself giving him a frozen aura. He has to charge this ability by consuming cold foods, staying outside in the cold and being in front of a A\C.

[*] [i]Snowday[/i]; This ability can create snow the size of ping pong and tennis balls which have a hardness which can only be broken by a metal baseball bat and other metallic objects. These projectiles come from gathered cold energy around him and has made a few people bleed.

[*] Scream For MY; A paralysis move that can freeze over a person/object's feet and keeps them in place until it melts away or just wears off which is exactly worn in a minute and three seconds. Scream For MY is activate by him talking or screaming; like a metal vocalist. The lyrics have to be related to the cold\winter. Vernon uses this ability when he talks to people who interrupt his train of thought.

King... King is...Well he makes me think of my father. Whose a Clairaudient who destoryed his third eye out of frustration from it never opening after years of didcation. Vernon Gire JEster: His relationship with himself, is a half healthy one. Outside of isolation Vernon is only social when he is with one other person. He likes to keep his thoughts inside a metaphoric box and let them out when he is comfy in the space two people can occupy. Yeah he's really interracial, his father and mother being from two different planets. Though that's nothing special to Vernon, to himself this is just ethnic information. Race, like Gender is not important, what is important is....Understaning. And he wishes to understand himself fully. IIIIIIIIIIII So yeah, HE's half sorry that his self evluation is so poor written.
