Alisdair

Alisdair opened the door to his room, it had been a few weeks since the end of the isolation of the city, and since then there has been no shortage of new people around to meet and study with. Shops have sprung up, new services that would have been far harder for the Scholars alone, Alisdair looked back into his room and saw the young woman that had spent the evening there, a young Harpy, she was straightening her clothes and feathers as she hurried to get herself together. "You know you don't have to rush, you could stay a while, we can go get something to eat if you'd like?" Alisdair asked with a kind smile across his face, his coal like eyes somehow set on her firmly. "That's nice and all, but I should go, I really need to get back, my family is gonna be so mad." She said as she grabbed her backpack and set herself, she came up to him and gave him a small kiss on the cheek, "Hey, I'll call you ok? Bye." And with that the Harpy gave a flap of her wings and took flight. Alisdair immeadiately shut his eyes and shook his head, he realized how hard it would be for her to call him when he never gave her his number.

"No, no, I don't care, I am not going to pay that much." Alisdair was in heated debate with a Human in the farmers market like set up downtown, "There are at least four other people here selling honey, it way not be that flavor but I can settle." The man looked into the Scholars eyes, and just let his head hang, when he looked up he was smiling. "Alright, I'll do your price, but you tell your buddies yeah?" The man held up a five gallon bucket out and Alisdair took it. "I'll spread the word far and wide my friend." Alisdair laughed as the two shook hands and he began his trek through the market.
