Potential relationships welcome. I changed the name from Lucy to Lily to add more cringe.
Name: Lily Galbrett / "Water Lily" / "Lil' Lily" / "The Black Lotus" Appearance: Magical Girl Costume: A monstrosity of white frills and petal-like sleeves with puff that looks the demented brainchild of a ballet dress with a flowery hedge. Even the shoes have decorations, and bows tying everything up. Her wand, is unsurprisingly shaped like her flower namesake. Powers:

Water Lily's Bloom Blessing: Lily's passive ability. This imbues her with good regeneration and recovery capabilities. Losing a limb is still fighting a losing battle, but she can survive such a condition and even regrow said limb in time. She can survive being impaled in anywhere but the heart or brain (Due to excessive bleeding or instant death in either case).
Star Lotus Purifying Light: Her most signature ability, that despite her long name and awful incantation, can even heal massive trauma and even chronic or otherwise incurable illnesses and conditions in a matter of seconds. Downsides is that it requires touch range, and several seconds or even minutes of sustained contact.
Moonlight Beam: Her only offensive attack, a fast beam of magical energy whose stopping power can be construed as a magical peashooter. Can wound and distract weak targets but not much else.
Black Lotus Reaper : Lily awakened this ability much later in her life, at age 28, after years of frustration and introspection. It can be construed as the warped mirror power of her Purifying light. Instead of healing, it destroys and corrupts, creating cancer and necrosis with sustained touch contact. She has kept this power a secret from the other fellow magical girls.
Source: A small silver waterlily ornament placed on her navel. History with Justice Heart: Lily was inducted into the sisterhood by the hands of her elder sister whom she shared an education on good values and a penchant for justice. However, she was far from the proactive trailblazer of her sister and some of the other girls, and her confidence took a further hit when it was found out her attacking power was abysmal. The discovery of her healing powers mitigated her feeling of uselessnes, although this subordinated her to the whims of almost all the other girls, by being a backrow support member rather than a frontliner. Her sheepish disposition and tendence to follow her sister and older girls like a bright-eyed puppy made her become some sort of glorified maid for some of them, or just someone to boss around in frustration. But Lily rarely did complain. History after Justice Heart: After the fighting and the struggle, Lily's good but somewhat disappointing experience took a bitter turn. Yes, she kept the power, but she had just found out the terrible side effect of her boon. While her sister and the other girls shoot up and grew curves and adult proportions, she never grew an inch further, forever stuck to the body of a 12 year old. She was lucky enough to pass it as some sort of genetic defect, and her parents were surprisingly understanding of her condition. But Highschool was HELL. She was singled out as freak and met with mock and scorn, just because of her appearance. In her hour of need, she turned to her sister and others... only to find out that one by one, they were too busy elsewhere, or in the case of her sister, actively destroying their futures. Her innocence finally slain, Lily gathered strength from what it seemed an impossible situation, and shouldered on, with only the resolution a hero could have. Her dream of being a cop shattered, she tried for something...more amenable to her current outooks. Forensic Pathology. Her deft tiny hands and penchant for medical knowledge would instead serve to catch criminals and uphold the law, rather than actively chasing them down. Given her situation, she could devote all the time that one needed for social life for other endeavours (as she would never feel the cravings of the flesh, and finding a romantic partner was all but impossible), and her grades did not take a serious hit, even at times improving as her relentless drive landed her where she wanted to be. But...she never thought it would be this bad. With corpses as friends, dangerous delinquents to catch, and gruff police officers who kept calling her "Lil' Lily" and demanding results of tests, Lily's mood soured drastically. She began to hit the bottle in the cases she could convince people her ID was not fake and she was much older than she appearing, and took on smoking as well. Her temper became bad and her speech peppered with cynical remarks, sarcasm and poison. She even recalled throwing a bottle of Bourbon at her sister's face once. And there was the case of the Cardinal of Pain. A terrifying serial killer that could put the monsters to shame, but ever elusive and too careful to be caught. It had the department running around in circles... until Lily decided to bring Justice on her own. The urban legend of a magical girl named "Black Lotus" crippling the Cardinal and tossing him down a nine story building circulated through the yellow press for a while, but eventually died out. Since then, Lily has stabilized a little more, and come to terms with a lot of things, with cynical stoicism. She will complain, but she will never disregard a plea for help. She has even tried to rekindle the relationship with her sister by moving in her house and helping the bills of a single mother under the guise of her flat requiring renovation and moving into her sister's place. Relationships:

Sister and niece: She just can't stand her guts a lot of time, but the bonds of blood remain, and she never fails to help her whenever she needs to, although she may just spit curses and rants all while doing so. (potential relationships welcome)
