Alright, so essentially what I wanted to do:
	I have this RP character named Demono, and he can channel his energy through two steam-punk-esque arms that he hides under his coat(not wanted to be hid in the photo). The arms have multiple gears protruding at the major joints, presumably allowing them to bend and maneuver like his own arms. When he flows his energy through them, he can cause the to hover near his torso, over the rib area on each side of his body, under his normal limbs. When he does so, the portion of the steampunk limbs that would be attached to his body radiate a bright blue energy.
	Another note, when he uses his own energy in the form of an attack through his fleshy limbs, they radiate a black energy(which I would like depicted in the drawing).

The red circles represent the general area in which I would like the arms to float. They are size of his normal arms, if not slightly bigger. I would like them placed in a position in which they would look like they are going to grab someone. if that isn't possible, the can be in the idle position(such as how us humans rest our arms). Actually whichever position is easier for you/looks the best. ill let you be the judge of that.

These can remain exactly the same, or can receive a color modification to a rustier brown, your choice on whichever you think would look better by the end result. I don't want the leather strap looking thing

Compact muscle. The dreads are also wanted to be kept. Notice the note on gears, please to match the color of the arms. I don't care much for the face, but you may add one if you like, if you think it will look better. Skin tone doesn't matter much, as long as it is of a lighter tone, so as to contrast the dark color of the clothing somewhat; that's just how I like it(The first and last image skin tones are fine)
