He nodded along with Sophia, before waving at James and cracked a smile at her response. "Well, I'm in no rush to die again either." He quietly agreed, before following her out to be shown the grounds. He gave a listen to Gilbert's initial words, and shrugged a little at there only being one bathroom, not really conscientious of how bad that could be, never having lived in a house with that many people at once. Bart's mind briefly wondered back to his apparent abilities Evelina assured him he had. He glanced around, reminded of Gilbert's transformation as a kind of way to set the scope for what powers could be, and thought how cool something like superspeed would be. Not because he was a runner, far from that actually, but the idea of never having to worry about not having enough time to do something. He did consider that his newfound biological immortality made that it a bit less useful, but then again, it would still be awesome in the first place. Bart shook his head, trying to keep himself from getting too side tracked on the matter at hand. Bart followed along as they toured the grounds, taking note of the garage, wondering how often they got out and around. Eventually, they made way to the Oak, and Gilbert brought it back to that combative undertone he'd noticed over and over again. He gave Gilbert a lingering look when he mentioned that, and even went out of his way to say, "We get a bit of that then, do we? Weapons practice?" He couldn't hold on that any longer, it was too pressing on him. He knew there was a good chance he wouldn't get much in the way of an answer, but there'd be no harm in voicing his curiosity.
