[color=#b8c0af]1: Overpowered characters are a no-no and I'll be sure to let you know if your character qualifies as this.

2: This RP is a sandbox style superhero affair. You can make plots of your own and propel the story. That said, only literate writers need apply. I'm counting on your characters to make this RP work.

3: If you would like your character to have a secret backstory, it must be PMed to me for approval. 

4: Characters must be 17+

5: Forms must include: Name, alias, alliance (hero or villain) age, gender, personality, powers, history unless permitted otherwise 

6: There may only be 5 non-heroes to start out with. This does not include my own characters, and the number may go up as more people join.
