I certainly have heard nothing of putting soy sauce upon an omelette, though from time to time pepper is much preferred. My omelettes tend to have no garnishes or sauces as it were, almost entirely devoid of anything but the eggs and the meat, but pepper is not a terrible option. I am unsure what soy sauce would do to it. It still seems like an edible suggestion at the very least. Since we are on the matter of food, which is the least appetizing fruit and vegetable to you? Why so those?
