Elsa fought to keep her cool detached expression. Flattery always worked wonders on the arrogant. Well, she was in it now and she could see no way out. She would have to work for this woman for the time being. What a bother. "Fine. But I would watch the women in your group. They are not trustworthy. If they had no qualms about fooling me I doubt they will hesitate to do the same to you should the opportunity present itself." When the guy she had been speaking to, Yusuke, spoke up in her defense she laid a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Thank you for the attempt, but I don't think it will do much good. I was stupid to assume anything here. I will deal with the consequences." A fae entered, the fox who had led them here. Did he know what had happened here? Was there anything he could do about it? Did he care enough? Probably not. On the bright side, if she was killed on sight by the ruler of this place she would not be in forced servitude to the diva. She toyed with the thought of asking him if it was possible to request death but refrained, not certain if he would get or appreciate the sarcasm. How should she address him? Lord? Sir? Your Grace? She decided on what sounded most respectful. "Excuse me Lord Fox. My name is Elsa. It seems I was given that lady's dress by mistake. Is there anything I can wear so I may return her garment to her?" Of course it hadn't been a mistake, but a calculated effort to get her killed. But there was no point in bringing that up. The truth would eventually find its way to the light. In the meantime she needed to be respectful to everyone she met from here on out and keep out of trouble as much as possible. Elsa's eyes caught sight of something unusual : an elderly woman who seemed to be taking notes. Perfect. Now she could be reported as a thief before ever meeting the ruler. Death was beginning to look more and more like a possibility.
