Goro settled for watching the human child who was right now equally as tall and as strong as any warrior goblin as he toiled away at creating his small garden square. It was a pleasure to watch the work being done, Goro was not like most goblins who had simpler thoughts, nor was he the strongest of his kind. His mind was what allowed him his position, he developed a fighting style that worked well against his lesser kin and his warrior spirit was fueled by his steadfast mind during combat with greater opponents. He inspired obedience during bloodshed and overwhelming force because he always appeared to know the answer to their current dreadful and threatening problems. He also kept in mind that he was but on kog, after all without Kag they would have long suffered seasons ago. Kag's gardens kept them well fed and allowed the community to grow without problems, this however, was a threat to all other tribes of their kind. Kag stopped looming over his leader as Joel advanced further, he then raised a sack of seeds and began tracing the lines the boy had made filling them with a proper number of seeds at even number of spaces. They were currently planting the fourth potato garden, this was a root Kag was taught by the human that it would provide most of the nourishment their people would need. These potatoes were always their best and most popular of harvests, they could be cooked in various ways, a knowledge that Kag had passed on to other goblin cooks from the teachings of that human.
