Almost done with my character (I might've gone a wee overboard with it). Question! Each starting character has 25 points we can freely distribute, right? So about the starting stat you put in the CS, where every stat has 5. Do we add the 25 to those 5s, or is that already an example of a starting stat? 

Like, for a new character, is this valid?

Speed 10
Strength 8
Endurance 10

Or is this?

Speed 6
Strength 3
Endurance 5
