[@JImFromTheOfice] I hadn't even realize that I had wrote shifters. That is totally my fault. All mutants over the age of 21 have to go to the lab. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 21 simply has to live a sanctuary. Before sixteen everyone is allowed to live normally. 

That is a good catch. But the three sentence rule only applies to IC posts.
