Avaline & Maoin
"O-ohhh," Avaline wilted somewhat under Maoin's somewhat curt statements. "B-but, ehm, y-you mentioned food?" She questioned, holding the tips of her claws together. "I was hoping we could get to that? Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Nothing is better than waking up to a freshly caught boar." She grinned, holding her hands on her hips, still looking at Maoin expectantly. Khira & Miren
"Eith, swallow your food before speaking." Miren sighed, earning a chuckle from Khira. "Lethargic? Lazy is lazy. Fancy words will not change that." She mused, taking a rather large slice of meat for herself. "Rabbit, are we speaking with the one that could fix Eith today?" She questioned. It seemed at least that Khira wanted to get that over with soon, though whether it was actual concern for Eith was unclear. "W-well, I do think we should do it soon. If Eith feels up to it, I think it would be for the best." Miren grabbed a handful of vegetables herself, nibbling on them slowly. Fox & Gwynn
"Ah, my master seems to underestimate how stubborn I am. I don't have to sit, if I can simply lay down, now do I?" Fox chuckled, before taking a mildly more serious tone. "And if you used my tail to charge your spellbook, I can't be responsible for what happens to it." She rather cryptically replied, stretching her body out and yawning. "Ah...right, we'll be getting back soon." Gwynn said, glancing to the ground. What should she do? Should she go say hi to Maoin? She should probably tell the Headmistress what happened, if she didn't already know. Either way, she couldn't stay for more than a few days at most. She had...well, work to do. "Well...as for myself, I am going to get me a nice big drink and spend the rest of the evening figuring out how to work this holy sword with a complicated name." She grinned. Fox cast a glance over to the girl. Gwynn. Out of all the humans she met recently, she liked that one the most aside from Ayumi. If only because she was amusing and let her be well, herself. After everything that happened though...she had to wonder if it was alright. She had been in a similar position herself some time ago...forcing yourself to fight for a cause or something you don't fully believe in, never ends well for anyone. Well, maybe it would be the gods this time who paid the price. Wasn't her problem now, though. Chione
"Training?" She thought for a moment, holding a hand to her chin before giving Kozue a smile. "Certainly. It would be good to get in some practice myself. It has been awhile since I have been able to have consistent practice." Normally her training consisted actually doing things and practicing them. That's how one learned to be a successful thief or dancer, at least...but those were things that happened long ago when the sands were warm and the sun was hot. A long time ago. She didn't particularly enjoy fighting, but having a healthy body was something anyone should hope for. "Lead the way then."
