Mostly looks good but your powergrid doesn't make much sense. If her power is teleportation how is she that strong (she's just one point below the Son of Satan in demon form)? Why isn't her speed stat 7? And what is so good about her energy attack that makes it 7? My Hellfire can burn Juggernaut but it's still at 6.
