[b][color=F5F5DC]Appearance:[/color][/b] Based on eyewitness accounts, police artists have put together a [url=https://imgur.com/csQTIFc]mock-up[/url] of what they think Dr. Wattz looks like. She has been described to have blond hair with blue accents and what skin they could see, they said was tanned. She wears a yellow mask. Her top is primarily blue with yellow shoulder guards and lightning bolts crossing over her front. She has a yellow belt and arm guards and she wears dark blue cargo jeans, an oddity considering she has a skin-tight top. Her boots are brown with dark yellow lacings, almost like leather. Lastly, she has a blue and cyan cape which is darker at the bottom and the top.

[b][color=F5F5DC]Power(s):[/color][/b] Electrokinesis. Dr. Wattz is known to be able to call a weakened form of lightning, absorb it and use it in a variety of ways. She has been seen redirecting it in melee attacks as well as shoot beams of electricity for medium ranged attacks. She can also absorb other forms of energy on the electromagnetic spectrum and redirect it for her own use. She also seems to have mild control over certain parts of the EM spectrum, specifically, radio waves. Whenever she enters combat, all radios play nothing but static for 2-3 seconds, then change to playing [i]Thunderstruck[/i] by AC/DC, explaining one of her other aliases. She also carries around a pipe with at least two attachable parts, one that looks like a hammerhead and another that bears a resemblance to a shotgun’s handle. The use of the hammerhead is explained below, but the use of the shotgun handle is unknown.
 
An interesting tidbit is that Dr. Wattz has what seems to be a signature move, dubbed “The Thunderstrike” She retrieves her pipe and attaches the hammer head. She hoists it toward the sky and lightning strikes it. Afterward, the hammer, which in this state has been nicknamed “Mjolnir” after the Norse god of thunder’s hammer, is swung down upon a surface. At the same time, all radios are forced to play the chorus of [i]Thunderstruck[/i], and when the blow lands, lightning strikes the hammer again, and by conduction, the surface the hammer is hitting is also struck.

Amber Levesque was born in Centerville General Hospital on November 6, 1983. Amber was born to the couple Laurence and Monika Levesque. Amber had a normal childhood growing up. She lived in Ocean City before moving to Centerville for college. When asked if they thought that Amber was Dr. Wattz, her old classmates and friends realized that she always had a static charge and an affinity for electricity-related puns.

The first confirmed known activity of Dr. Wattz was during the a conflict between superhuman criminal Commodore and law enforcement. While Commodore was engaging several police officers, an unknown individual at the time lept towards the assailant and made contact by punching him and causing effects similar to a TASER. Commodore was seen stumbling to the ground with a large red mark on his back. The individual explained that Commodore would be in need of treatment for “whatever tasing does” but that “he would be fine in a week or two.” The figure left the scene after telling authorities that she was called Dr. Wattz “with a z, not an s.”

The individual that engaged Commodore was wearing the same yellow with black and orange trim that would become iconic of the superhero popularly named Dr. Wattz. Dr. Wattz is known to primarily engage superhuman criminals and only rarely non-superhuman threats. Attempts to question Dr. Wattz have been met “Fuck off”s. Current whereabouts of Dr. Wattz is also unknown.
