Appearance: Like a regular male Noibat but with a blue thin ribbon wrapped around his left leg. Also droopy eyes. 

Personality: Noizu appears as a very unmotivated Pokémon, often taking naps to the side of the excitement. In reality he just prefers to sit to the side and observe, and although he does take naps often it's mainly because he spends most nights patrolling the skies. Noizu also has a tendency to baby and protect any Pokémon younger than him, often hovering over them when he thinks they might get hurt or standing very close when “dangerous” Pokémon are nearby. He always speaks his mind and likes to make bad jokes.

Bio: When Noizu first started adventuring he was with a group of 3 friends who all grew up together. At the time however, Noizu was much weaker than his teammates so he decided to leave the group instead of holding them back. Ever since leaving his allies, Noizu has been traveling around teaching new adventures the basics of adventuring.

Also I was wondering if his telepathy is OP. If it is then i can make it infiltrator
