Samgolan Patriotic Party
The case of Zan Mahol v. Samgola, this was a true case with the a very high difficulty of sorting it into the court that would best deal with it. The debates between Provincial and The Kamidye First Circuit courts had been given as the case may have been politically motivated, though no clear evidence towards it was given, and it was regarding a national law. However, there was one fact that the case had that turned heads, both parties were interpreting the laws in different ways with Zan Mahol believing his ‘SDSF’ to purely be political activists and the Bassong Administration believing it to be a paramilitary force. It was this fact that made the decision, the fact that decided where it would be held; the State Court. The State Court, while dealing suits between two parties also dealt with law interpretation, meaning that Zan Mahol could very well make a case that he is within legal boundaries if his interpretation of the law was convincing enough. The decision was made, the trial would take place in the State Court.
Zan Mahol v. Samgola assigned to State Court.
