Character sheet looks mostly good, stats and hp add up. I count 41 skill ranks, not 40. It looks like you're 50gp over on starting gear. And spells known should be 6 first level, 4 second level, 2 third level, as so:

First level: 4 int + 2 from 2nd wizard level
Second level: 2 from 3rd + 2 from 4th wizard level
Third level spells: 2 from from 5th wizard level
