Suwako watched as the police was freaked out by the appearance of the slime harpy. Thankfully, the bullets just passed through her gelatinous body, or else she would've had to interfere. Even though she was not a part of Beacon, she was still her ally after all.

Thankfully, the ship soon moved, signalling that they were going to depart right away. They really wasn't going to be safe hanging around here for much longer, what with the police right in front of them.

She then saw Mariette creating her portal. [i]A serpent? That's certainly not ominous at all,[/i] she thought to herself. She heard Mariette shouting for the ship to go immediately. Creating such a big portal must be draining on her strength.

Suwako readied herself, summoning her trusty bow with her. There was no telling what lied beyond the portal. She had to be ready for any sort of attack.
