Ahmar Jurhen was a bit excited over this prospect - despite the STU lacking power, they did try and utilize whatever tact and ideas they could offer to the Coalition. Namely, one such idea had grown fruit and Jurhen hoped it would be accepted by the Democratic Alliance for Reform.

While some were still bitter of the sinking of the KRL Construction Bill. Mister Zume, their party leader had reminded, that politics as thus revenge wouldn't do anybody good - when it came to ruling and helping improve the lives of their people.

While the STU was against spending, in this case - they might just swallow and allow it to pass (not like they could stop it), if it meant the money was spent wisely. As it happened Ahmar Jurhen, read out the Third Article of the Brick & Mortal Bill - that would help the educated, young and eager industrialist start his own business - like repairing bikes or fixing shoes in his village.

Whatever the case, if it meant improvement to the ordinary citizen - then the STU would support it. The people had wanted change, now they'd be getting it.

Whereas investment in the infrastructure and economy of the Samgolan nation is beneficial to the nation's wellness and to the improvement of the social conditions of nationals, the following provisions shall be resolved.

Article 1. The government of Samgola: shall make an investment of $12,000,000,000 in housing, to combat homelessness and reduce housing prices for poor Samgolans; shall make an investment of $6,000,000,000 in expanding and improving the National Highway system, to better connect the cities of the country both with themselves as well as with smaller outlying communities through bypasses and feeder roads; shall make an investment of $3,500,000,000 in community planning programs, to ensure access to basic services for all neighborhoods in Samgola; and shall make an investment of $1,000,000,000 in expanding the metropolitan public bus systems that allow for transportation across Samgola's urban centres by people of all income levels. Article 2. $4,000,000,000 of the $12,000,000,000 reserved for investment in housing in Article #1 shall be invested in the Housing Loans Department, to allow for Samgolans to have more choice in determining the nature of their residential accommodations. ((Liberty))

Article 3. $1,000,000,000 of the $3,500,000,000 reserved for investment in community planning in Article #1 shall be invested in providing zero-interest small-business loans to Samgolan entrepreneurs, to allow for private enterprise to provide a competitive market for private services in new communities.
