The Anguished One (and all the chars with him in that scene) are in Tokyo. Not with the other group, but Tokyo. So that needs to be fixed.

Stark also needs to address being brought to the UN (or not). But yeah.

For future reference: Unless thing get shuffled around, only the scenes for Leo will take place in New York.
