They can selectively hold their breath from escaping their nose or mouth, so they could probably craft a specialised flute for themselves. It would either require no sealing of the pipes like a pan flute or else require them to use their tongue to seal the opening, like a recorder but stuck further in the mouth.

Other than that, they would probably have an affinity for percussion and harp-like instruments seeing as their fingers and knuckles wouldn't bleed nearly as easily as a softer human hand.

They can still sing. I imagine they enjoy singing.

I'm not sure if fiddle-like instruments have been invented or spread from New Chronos yet, but the crisp sounds from them would resonate nicely with hain.

Let's see...they still have a voice box, so they could manage reed instruments.

I think the only instruments off the table are traditional horns, didgeridoos, and that kind of brassy stuff that requires lips.
