To start off, loud sounds still may cause her pain - or at the very least some discomfort. So that makes it difficult in some situations. On a lower level, all the constant ultra and super-sonic frequencies she exposes herself to renders her very ill very quickly if she isn't careful. She'll find herself nauseous and vomiting after abusing her abstraction.
