Drake is a young drakkan, but unlike others he values knowledge. In a fight brute strength is not his first objective, it is to block and parry, to let the enemy face his greatest enemy: fatigue. But how did he learn this? Books, his mother died at childbirth. Drake never had a mother figure, his father would not even around Drake as he grows mature. His only companion was books, but the other drakkan thought of Drake as weak and soon enough his father learned about this. But his Drake's father did not react, his father was once weak as he have heard. As 114 years passed, the others wished for Drake to show his strength, refusing they threw him out to the thick jungle. As he attempts to escape he finds three hunters, as they hunt a beast they were assaulted, the beast wounding all of them. Drake slowly approaches and reaches for one of the hunter's sword, adrenaline kicks in within Drake's body. His brain remembering all the combat manuals he begins to attack. His dominant footwork allows him to evade the beast's attack, as the beast becomes slower he charges, using a parry to counter the beast. Drake drags them back at, everyone was impressed but anyone can do perform such task. Angered he challenges a grunt to battle. His strategy? To use his surroundings to kill the grunt. He then charges, his sword parries the grunt. Performing a counter attack. He then leaps from the many scaffolding around the building. Without fear he jumps towards the grunt and lifts his head enough that the grunt suffered fatality. Drake impressed firmly grabs the man's axe and throws it into the ceiling. But his father? Not impressed. After a a few years, his three new hunter friends would have been called into to a hunting expedition. Alone in the halls of his father's manor sat Drake. His father emerges from the quiet halls of the manor. "Pathetic!" "Weak!" his father yelled as he tried to stab Drake. Drake forced to defend himself reaches for the many swords in the halls. Circling his father, he parries and blocks. His father sensing the weakness in him proceeds to jump and attempts to execute Drake by removing his head. Adrenaline rushes to Drake as he ducks and makes a turning clean slice. His father slowly falls to the ground. "Well done my son.." He whispered. This was his final words before he enters an eternal darkness. As Drake slowly cries. Days come by and Drake never left his medium sized room, depressed he cries everyday. His friends noticed nobody left the manor after Drake's father's funeral. His three friends wishing to repay their debts tries to remove Drake from this well of sadness. Drake's friends convinced him to go to the manor's courtyard and learn how to use the bow. Drake spent weeks, his emotions returning to normal in the point where his friends, caring for Drake convinces him to return to his old self. As months come by Drake becomes what is know as a "Gem Freedom Empathizer" arousing other drakkan's suspicion Drake decides to get a bride. What what his motives? It is too eliminate the suspicion of attempting to free gems and to gain perhaps another ally. He ponders about the benefits and burdens it carries but after awhile his answer was yes....
