Bio: After being found abandoned on Scalchop Beach, seemingly without any memory of who he was, this Oshawott was taken in and named by a willing Samurott. They stayed together for over a year, the young one having to learn how to fight and live all over again. Eventually, Kotetsu learned that he was an odd child out among the children at Scalchop Beach, and so endeavored to go out and learn where he really came from.
