Intro: Eric bounded excitedly up the stairs to his brother's room and burst through the door. "BRANDON LOOK!" He shoved part of a newspaper into Brandon's open book. "An apartment just became available across town. And the best part?!" Brandon looked over his glasses at Eric and picked up the news clipping. "What?" 
"It's next to a night club!" Eric danced flamboyantly around the room. "Can you imagine all the hot girls we're going to get to meet?!"
"Pfft......you mean all the women you'll get to look at through the window because you know if you even try to talk to one they'll..."
Eric cut off his brother with a wave of his hand, "Yeah yeah. You're just jealous. But seriously. Look!! It's perfect!"
"Well," Brandon sighed, "It is within our budget AND it would get us out of mom and dad's house..."
