As soon as the obvious villain stepped outside of the doors of the bank to prevent any of the police officers or bystanders being harmed Pandora became involved. 

She leaped from her perch catching the outstretched arm of a street light to slow her decent and released her grip at the lowest ebb of energy so that she could land with a tumbling roll which ended in a standing position a few feet from him where she released a barrage of negative probability on him which landed with what seemed at first no effect but in actuality now cursed him with all the bad luck she'd been holding back all day.

The effect was spectacular as the sidewalk beneath his feet crumbled into sand and a water main broke sending a fountain of water powerful enough to flip a car straight up from under him.
