[b]Governmental Oversight Bill[/b]
[u]Preamble[/u]: Any party which plays no part in the running of the government be it through cabinet positions,coalition to form a majority or the presidency, shall have the right to form a shadow government whose job is to question the duties of the government and to make sure they stay within the confines of the constitution.

[u]Overview[/u]: This bill will provide a significant tax credit to Samgola Air in order to encourage investment into the safety and innovation of the aviation industry.

[u]Article 1[/u]: Samgola Air will be granted a tax credit of $8 billion, in which they can use to invest into the safety and innovation of the aviation industry. (Competition)
