Cymbeline Lockhart

Cymbeline perked up at the mention of the "dark lady" again, but this time with an actual location where she had been last spotted. However, the location was more...potentially worrisome and concerning than she might have guessed. If she had a guess at all as to where such a person wielding dark magic would go in the first place. Old Falthier, ruins from the ancient history of Thaln itself, a relic from among its earliest days. A potential treasure trove of information, but if someone with potent dark magic was going there....something was fishy. Fishy indeed, like the plot twist in stories told to young children about heroes and monsters and ancient beasts and such. Even so, this fairy's spotting of this figure there could be old by now, if the figure had any sense of tactics about them. But...a potential lead was a lead, and part of her burned to get a hold of the one who had tried to harm her-......"their" beloved Captain. "Sir Indrau, i'll go inform the Captain of these developments," Cymbeline said, looking up at the older rune user, giving the man a respectful nod, leaving the piece of charred wood alone that she had been about to investigate here on the spot. With that, the half-Nem began to sprint towards the town and out of the woods, after biting the top of her finger and drawing a sigil on the outside of her cloak, before running her magical energy into it. This would activate the sigil's power, in the form of a temporary boost her stamina. It wasn't much, just a sigil used for the whenever she needed to push herself a little harder, or needed to escape in a battle. It would be enough, she supposed, to get her to the town well enough. However.... As she made her way towards the town and rest of the knights proper's location, she saw a pair of blond twintails head in her direction. The face was definitely familiar, that being of the groups' proper healer as it were. Lyrie. Admittedly Cymbeline found her to be a bit cute, but as the girl was headed towards where the mages were in the woods the half-Nem directed her own course to approach the other girl. "Lyrie, is something amiss?" Cymbeline asked aloud as she approached the healer, one eyebrow raised, curious as to what would bring the healer out this way where the attack had come from that could have nearly incinerated the captain.
