Because I'm shiny. Like silver!" Name: Silvia "Sylph means air spirit!" Alias: Sylph "I think I am 18, not sure though..." Age: 18 "I will protect those who can't protect themselves." Alignment: Hero. "I owe a lot to these people." Loyalty: Protectorate. "Y-yes I am a dragon, no I don't breath fire!" Appearance: Silvia has a distinct draconic appearance sporting large wings and a long slender tail. She is easy to pic out from the crowd. Add her impressive height of 7 feet and gleaming metallic skin and you've got something that is basically asking to stand out. Her metallic skin is split into strips along her wings leaving small dips in between. This also occurs along her back, legs and the entire length of her tail which ends with a pointed white tip. The back of her head has two rows of horns that gradually decrease in size until they finally stop just above her shoulders. Her hair matches her skin, being a dulled grey/brown with silver highlights. Her hair runs down her back and in-between her shoulders. Finally her face consists of a soft copper colored nose, a smooth pointed chin and neon blue eyes that seem to glow faintly even in the daylight. She has a distinct C branded on the back of her neck underneath her hair. Her costume is a white skin-tight jumpsuit that cuts off halfway down her arms and legs. It has two parallel cyan lines running from her armpits down the sides of her legs. "I... I don't remember..." History: "Wh-where am I?" Silvia said as she rose off the ground. She rubbed her eyes, only to be greeted with the sound of scratching metal. She jumped at the sound, looking around for the cause. What she saw shocked her, she had wings! Not only that but her skin was entirely gray, a soft orange light reflected off her body and she looked up to see the sun was only just peaking over the horizon. She wasn't yet sure if she was dreaming so she decided to try and pinch herself, but again she was greeted with the hideous grind of metal against metal. She tried to think of haw she got there, after remembering nothing it didn't take long after that for her to start panicking. This can't be real! But I, I don't remember anything! Was there anything before this? Why am I here? What have I done? Tears quickly started streaming down her face as she huddled up on the dusty road, wings trembling and tail curling between her legs. "A-a tail!?" Silvia spent an unknown amount of time on that road, simply struggling to deal with the situation, sobbing and whimpering. She only looked up when a pair of blinding headlights zoomed past, making her jump up and quickly run off of the road. She looked towards where it'd come from spotting a city. It was far away, but it was the only landmark she could see. She quickly checked behind her to see if the car was coming back. After waiting for a good twenty seconds Silvia decided it was safe to move towards the city. It took her hours of walking but she did make it to the city. By that time the sun was almost directly above her blaring down on her, but she hardly noticed. She was more focused on the dirt dancing around her feet, it wasn't much but it was enough to make her feel uneasy. She had stayed far from the road for most of the walk but etched ever closer as the first buildings came into view. She crossed her arms and folded her wings continuing towards civilization. Silvia was very quickly called in and confronted by the PRT. When the officers asked for her name and she stuck a blank. she fidgeted under the blanket she'd been given not being able to answer their questions made her uncomfortable. She eventually gave them a name, "Silvia". She's spent the past two weeks trying to sort her life out, with the knowledge she has and the available materials. The only main decision she's been able to make was that she would help protect people, and maybe find out what she is.
Personality
"I will protect those who can't prote--. What? I can't say the same thing twice?" Motivations: Silvia just wants to help people so they never have to feel the kind of despair, pain or fear like she had when she woke up alone on that dusty road. "Everyone is beautiful" Sexuality: Pansexual "These things are great." Likes:

Quiet.
Company.
Birds.
Sweets.
Hugs.
Blankets.
Kindness.
Music.
"These things are not." Dislikes:

Fear.
Arguments.
Electricity.
Torture.
Guns.
Skirts.
Metal detectors.
"That's a mean way of putting it..." Derangement: Silvia is a little unstable, prone to lashing out when stressed only to immediately regret her actions. This can happen over little things like an argument or running into a doorway. She also cries fairly easily from thing like scary movies. When using her powers she becomes more cruel and unforgiving as the winds get stronger. These changers are most notable when she uses category 4 winds. Due to extended exposure to the Community villain Eyeblight, Sylph has trouble looking people in the eye. When she does look at people's faces directly, her eyes twitch and she can't help but try and break eye contact. If she's forced to look at someone for long enough she will start rubbing her eyes incessantly.
Parahumanism
"I-I can do things other than be a Dragon." Skills: Sewing and knitting: Silvia has got a decent grasp of how to repair a piece of clothing, having destroyed many pieces herself. Good swimmer: Silvia can glide through the water surprisingly well for someone with metallic skin and wings. Good fencer: Silvia can work her way around a rapier, she's no master swords woman but she'd give your average Joe a proper thrashing. Woodwind master: Silvia can play most if not all woodwind instruments, being particularity skilled with the saxophone and flute. She prefers bamboo flutes to regular ones and loves playing gentle tunes. But sometimes nothing beats letting loose on a saxophone. "This is what the PRT people told me." Classification: Brute, Mover, Shaker, Blaster "I'm still learning." Details: Dragon skin: Silvia's metallic skin isn't just for show. It's highly durable, able to shrug off bullets and reduce damage taken from explosives. Her body is immune to the cold and resistant to the heat, capable of being rapidly heated and cooled without buckling. She also has a very low external body temperature, making her feel like cold steel. This coat of armor can be shed if Silvia sustains a large amount of damage or the shell begins to rust and constrict her movements. This process is commonly never done in combat and saved for times in private. Her body is left vulnerable for about 5 seconds before it starts to harden again. Any damage done under the armor heals at a rate similar to normal humans. Wind buildup: Silvia can build charge levels during or outside of a fight, and for each level her capabilities dramatically increase. Category 1 are where her winds are at their weakest and can be identified as thin dust clouds. Category 2 the dust clouds thicken and Silvia's winds gain strength but she looses some control. Category 3 the dust clouds turn a haunting black and clouds start to gather in the sky again Silvia gets more power and less control. Finally Category 4, the clouds start bucketing down with rain and the air in close proximity to Silva gets cold enough to freeze the rain and turn it into sharp shards of ice. Silvia now has tremendous power but very little control over where the destruction is aimed. Draconic Strength: Silvia is much stronger than the average human being able to lift roughly 2000lbs. She could do physical training to bolster her strength further. Wind barrier: When Silvia feels threatened a barrier of wind instinctively forms around her, the threat can be as little as her being worried that someone is going to try and tickle her. Category 1: Barrier is fairly weak feeling similar to a blow dryer. Blowing away things like dust or pepper spray. Category 2: Barrier is strong enough to make standing near her difficult and could repel small animals and weaker humans. Category 3: Barrier is strong enough to move bullets and knock people onto the ground. Category 4: Barrier is strong enough to push cars and divert rocket propelled grenades. Ice shards orbit Silvia, slashing at people who are able to get past the powerful winds. Mouth wind blasts: Silvia can fire powerful blasts of wind from her mouth after a charge time. To produce this attack she has to visualize air building in her mouth, this is easily achieved by taking a deep breath. Category 1: Wind blasts have basically no wind up besides Silvia rearing her head back and firing but these blasts are barely capable of knocking over a fully grown person. These blasts are very precise only taking up the area of a football. Category 2: Wind blasts take a good second to charge up before firing. The projectile would be about the size of a large dog. Carrying enough force to knock a person away and send them rolling along the floor. Category 3: Wind blasts take 3 seconds to charge and the projectile is just larger than the average person. They are capable of sending cars rolling across the ground. Category 4: Wind blasts take a good 6 seconds to charge firing a projectile the size of a car. These shots send cars flying and can tear a bus in half. This attack could kill an average human easily. Tornado creation and manipulation: Silvia can create tornadoes after briefly charging up. Then she can direct them. Her barrier drops when she is charging these powerful attacks. Performing this attack requires deep concentration or blind rage. The easiest way for her to imagine it is having the air swirl around her slowly before she herself spins. After a tornado is made they go into a sort of auto pilot mode and she doesn't need to focus on keeping the wind spinning. Category 2: Produces miniature 10 foot tornadoes that are able to trip up a person and lift small animals. Take 2 second to charge. These tornadoes can be directed in a straight line and travel 8 meters a second. Category 3: Produces 20 foot tall tornadoes that can lift humans. has a 4 second charge time and can be slowly directed in a general direction. They travel around 1.5 meters a second. Category 4: Produces massive 50 foot tall monster tornadoes full of ice shards. These tornadoes can pick up cars and toss them around causing even more damage. These tornadoes cannot be moved and take 10 seconds to charge up. Weather alteration: Silvia alters the weather creating clouds and heavy rainstorms. Category 3: Produces a moderate amount of thick black clouds and strong winds. Category 4: Produces a large amount of dense black clouds, gale force winds and heavy amounts of rain. Flight: Silvia can fly using her wings at a base speed of 30mph capable of accelerating her flight speeds using her wind powers. Category 3: Flight speed is increased to 45mph, can strafe while hovering. Category 4: Flight speed is increased to 60mph, losing the ability to strafe while hovering. "Gotta find my limits!" Limitations: Silvia's limitations lie in her charge times and maintaining focus. Not only do her attacks have delays, but charging up to get to the next Category take at least 0-5-10-30 seconds of concentration for the respective category. Charging must be done separately from attacks as Silvia has to focus on visualizing her winds becoming more powerful and cannot do this while focusing on her attacks. Striking Silvia in the head is an easy way to make her loose focus and drop a category. Electrocuting her also makes her drop one or more categories depending on the strength of the shock. She also sacrifice control for power as she increases her category, getting closer to being a walking natural disaster. "A dragon with a sword?" Equipment: Along with her uniform and Protectorate equipment. Silvia carries a blunt rapier style sword, fashioned from her own shell. Other: Silvia has a large Samoyed called Rug. He's a big lovable goof who's in it for the pats and the food.
