[@Strange Rodent] I just like using them. I usually draw my inspiration for characters and whatnot from music c: Plus having battle themes is badass! 

Also if you wanna embed something in BBCode, all you gotta do is do the same for what you'd do if you were making something bold ^-^
Basically if you just write [youtube]LINK[/youtube] it'll become embedded :3 Though you need to replace the word "LINK" with an actual link, of course XD

There's that neat little cheat sheet at the bottom of the page which helps a lot, and I use [url=http://absitomen.com/index.php?topic=331.0]this website[/url] when I need some colours for a character c: Hope it helps!
