In that case, I guess I'll recycle an idea from another RP and recreate "Phoenix Security", an Investigation/Security service which specializes in supervillains.

The Harborvale City branch of Phoenix Security, a private security and investigation service which specializes in crimes involving superhumans, received a call from Cyrus Pharmaceuticals.  Their CEO, Jean Cyrus, was attacked in his office just hours ago by a superhuman arsonist who used their pyrokinesis to burn his office, claiming that they were doing it in revenge for what he had done to them.  Cyrus wishes to keep this out of the public eye, as it would negatively effect their stock prices.  He has hired us, as employees of that branch, to track the person down and to make sure they don't attack him or disrupt his business again.
