Miracles can only relate to your powers.

A miracle is something you cast on a nation or area using up one of your miracle slots/points. When a miracle is cast-with your stated intent- an effect is produced shortly after which will appear like a normal mortal world update.

EG: I rain fire down on the mortals with my miracle. I have 3 power in fire control.

X country capital bursts into flame as fire drops from the air. No scientific explanation has been found for this anomaly, the fireforce has been calling in trucks all over the country to try and tackle this epidemic. Fire has only been seen raining over the capital, leading to questions as to wether this was some form of hostile foreign attack with a new type of weapon.

Cities are chaos as refugees flood into nearby towns that can't support them. Crime rises as people are driven into poverty despair from losing all their valuable from this calamity.
