Nicola Khumalo
Nicky was quite happy to end up somewhere safe....until she discovered, along with the others, that their hosts were not fluffy anthropomorphic animals but instead some kindof horrifying shadowy abominations on the inside. Things were just going from bad to worse. They were in a strange place, monsters were roaming around roasting people to death, and to top it all off their supposed saviors were also creepy monsters in their own right, merely putting on a friendly face for whatever reason. That was the key word in all this; "whatever reason". Nobody had any idea what was going on. Nicky could hear everyone else clamoring to have things explained to them. Nobody understood why this was all happening, or why they had to suffer through it. But Nicky was of the impression that it really didn't matter, because she had reached a certain limit with all the running and the very much recent death, and now the rabbit was actually a grotty shadow creature or something. Who cared why any of this was happening? There was a much more pressing issue on Nicky's mind. "Um, can I say something?" She raised her voice cautiously. "How about we forget all the explanations and what not, and you just tell us how we can leave? Don't we all want to leave? I for one definitely want to leave." It was clear from how she said it that she was quite desperate. She could care less why any of this had happened or what they wanted from them. What could possibly be worth anybody dying for? She wanted to go home and forget any of this ever happened.
