[@Virgil] Ifor is really interesting and a tad unsettling -- I'm kind of getting a vibe like "The Stranger" by Albert Camus? -- totally approved. Please do copy him to the characters tab! Though he is approved -- and this CS is beautifully written with great imagery -- I am left with more questions than answers. I'm using the character applications to mold plots and NPC interactions to what would drive and motivate the characters, therefore clarity and concrete facts are more important than imagery here. These are things I would be able to call back to during the RP. Ifor, after reading this, seems to be an unmoving fixture with little drive or emotion. While this is fine, this is sort of scary from a GM perspective, haha. At the very least, if you could clarify the following questions it would help me out greatly:

What does he want most? What does he actually need? -- Even if it's a drink of water (or a friend, or to keep his freedom at all costs), something concrete that he actively wants would help me greatly. If he is shown an opportunity to get this thing, he will go after it. Why does he need to dream? What help would that be to him?
How would you like to see this character change and develop? -- This question technically wasn't answered, haha. What sort of person could he become? What do you hope he will learn, and how do you hope he will grow as his story develops?
Pitch a small subplot -- "the answers to all his questions" -- Which questions are those, specifically?
