I think I get what you mean. However, once we get past the bootcamp phase, she will most likely be the leader of a team with two new graduate trainers. (I don't see her being one of the antagonistic solo characters). 

If anything, I see [@Zarkun]'s character going solo before yours. He seems like the type that might not want to lead a team, because they would slow him down or something.
