Always adored good old toy-driven shows and its current drought is disheartening. With that said I shall put forward this design up towards the Marketing Board in the hopes of it getting included in the Galacticops Line.

The toy version of Scraphunter has a robotic arm with only one point of articulation unlike the man himself, who doesn’t have that great articulation with that arm but can move it a fair bit more than the toy. But on the bright side that arm is made of a thicker plastic with a distinctive button on the shoulder that can fire out the spears. The rest of the toy has fairly sub-par paint for the skin, but they at least got the soles partially right by making them magnetic so he can attach to many sides of play-sets. Scraphunter himself is just a bit above or below being six foot six and looks like he skipped leg day.

With these skills word spread off of New Neo Olde Mars and to the [b]GALACTICOPS®[/b] who sought him out as a [b]NEW[/b] and [b]VALUABLE[/b] member of the Galacticops. [b]SCOUNDRELS BEWARE AS SCRAPHUNTER IS HERE![/b]
 
[b]Powers, Skills, Equipment, and Abilities:[/b]
[b]HUNTER OF MEN[/b] – Chase Crow, The Scraphunter, is the finest tracker this side of the Interstellar New Neo Olde Martian Dixon Line! His feats of tracking are unparalleled, as he has wicked eyesight that has 360 degrees of range and can zoom in and out. He can even smell through space! Alongside this for helping in the chase is an encyclopedic knowledge of assorted space fauna and floras, (of course his biggest set is around New Neo Olde Mars)
[b]SUPERIOR SCRAPNOLOGY™[/b] – This superior set of metals of unwanted/rummaged pieces, and the mindset of making due with them, make Chase Crow the hero he is! As such Scraphunter is a wiz when it comes to repairing things with weird wires and machine bits and baubles. But that’s not what we are here for, we are here for what they do for his noticeably mechanized arm!
[list][*][b][i]SUPERIOR SCRAPNOLOGICAL™ Mechanized Arm[/i][/b] - The barrel upon the arm shoots a standard issued red lazer which stuns villains with a safe, but incapacitating blast. As for the three spear accessories they can be fired to grab onto foes, and after emitting a strong magnetic pulse can be used to bring the foes back towards him. 
[*][b][i]SUPERIOR SCRAPNOLOGICAL™ Soles (of the feet)[/i][/b] - Scraphunter has the ability to walk upon building surfaces, as long as they have a notable metal content.[/list]
[b]LAZER AXE[/b] – This axe is the primary line of defense whenever Scraphunter is in close range. Shining intensely this axe can charge up and burn through metal surfaces! It is usually just a stick whenever the axeblade is not activated.[/hider]
