- Due to what happened with Savior. Slade struggles with  a form of PTSD. However, he takes medications and smokes a little weed to medicate his symptoms.
- He has to eat a lot of iron rich foods, and a chemical found commonly in chocolate, and mushrooms. 
- While in his suited form he can also eat through steel, and looks like a red and black robot with a skull like face.
