[@jynmi88] Agreed. Starting the roleplayers off at the same level, with the same jobs, gives no excuse why one person should be better than the other besides skills or purposeful actions. Quincys, Fullbringers, Hollows, Vizards, all of that can be added later if you have enough requests or want to.

My question is this, will all the Rpers start off in the same squad? and if not how will we all be connected? 

Have you read the Black Clover manga? recently strong members from the Magic Knight squads have been inducted into the Royal Knight squad. If we're gonna go the same-squad route we could go with that. Some elite Division specialized in handling Espadas and other high-tier dangers. However, since its a new development, it would make sense if young members had to train up from the bottom.
